A written appraisal from Dayton Vintage Guitars and Amps protects your investment by establishing the value of your guitar or amp in the current market, which is important information for you and your insurance agent. Dayton Vintage Guitars and Amps has been buying and selling used instruments since 1969. We bring over 35 years of experience to an instrument appraisal.Online Appraisal Service• Front and back photos of the instrument (up to five photos can be uploaded in order to include detailed photos if necessary). Please limit file size to 4MB.• Serial number• Description of modifications, repairs and other issues not visible from photos• Credit card information for $80.00 appraisal fee• Mailing address• Email address Once completed, a copy of the appraisal will be sent to you by email and the original appraisal will be sent via USPS. If you prefer to request an appraisal by regular mail, please include the items listed above along with a check or money order for $80.00 in U.S. funds. Detailed AppraisalsAn appraisal requiring the examination of 10 or more photos, a higher fee may apply. In-Depth AppraisalsWe can provide a in-hand examination and authentication of all components of the instrument.
